Ticket orders
Registrations that have to be paid for first.
A webinar that charges for entry registers nobody from the form: it takes the
same answers into a ticket order and sends the visitor to the checkout.
When the payment lands, the order becomes a registration,
which keeps the order’s id in webinarTicketOrderId. On an evergreen it is in the
session the order chose; on a launch, in every session not canceled by then. A free
webinar has no orders.
